mcs_exposure table doesnt have correct adc_pa since fca_frame_id=1764129

When I query mcs_exposure table to look at ADC position, I found that the position has not been inserted since 1764129 (taken at 2019-08-29 12:31:30.738). tel_status table has proper number though.
