Pass all guide stars to Gen2, and add camera+pixel and mm positions.

      Description

      The ics_agActor sends a guide_objects HDU in the /data/vgw/agcc* files used for the Gen2 displays. This comes from the pfs_design_agc and guidestars opdb tables, but gets filtered by an internal magnitude cut. We want all the input stars to be passed in the guide_objects table, not just the filtered ones. The magnitude cut should be put in the header.

      Also, the expected (camera,pixel) positions (as used by the agActor) for the guide_stars should be added. As it stands that is (re-)calculated on the Gen2 side, which is wrong.
