The drp2 actor running on pfsa-usr03 stalled at/near 114633. I could not pin down the cause quickly so restarted it. A couple of notes:
- 0.5.8a was running; I started 0.5.9
- the clock on usr03 was unregulated and was about 15min ahead. Confusing. Yabe-san will fix.
- 114633 had a failed n4 read. Not sure if related.
