allocate IP address to Pi for the new IIS

      Description

      Jim sent the new IIS light source to illuminate all SMs simultaneously. Could you please assign IP address to its controller (Pi)? I think sps.conf is a proper place.

      mac address:  b8:27:eb:5a:d3:26

      Pi's host name is pfi-iis, but it sounds confusing, so I'd suggest to use different name.. (central-iis, or pi-iis) cloomis arnaud.lefur do you have any suggestion?
