Redirect agcc output tables to foreign server

      Description

      In the same way that `configTestDb.sh -s MCS` redirects the mcsActor output tables, add a `-s AGCC` option to redirect the agccActor tables.

      Note that this mechanism is not intended to test the full agcc+ag system, but just the acc centroids and matches.
