fire QA tasks in Hilo after visit is reduced

add QA tasks to drpActor reduction.

In the current rerun : /work/drp/rerun/drpActor/CALIB 

for the fastest reduction possible, we set

• doAdjustDetectorMap: False
• doMeasureLines: False

We might want to activate those, especially if we want QA results to be more meaningfull.
