Fix de-interlacing of IRPn, with n>2 and non-default ref pixel offset

There is a bug de-interlacing raw IRPn frames for IRP ratios > 2 and with a non-default ref pixel offset within the block. I.e. when taking IRP4 data and putting the reference pixel in the middle of the block of five pixels and not at the end. Easy fix.
