Prepare Gen2 abstract commands and operation tools for Mar. 2024 runs

Development and upgrade of the Gen2 commands and other operation tools for engineering observation in Mar. 2024. This issue includes

• Organization and clean-up of the skeleton files in a scope of command set for science operations.
• AG related commands (FOCUSAG, AG camera calibration data acquisition etc.)
• SpS calibration data acquisition commands
• SetupField, individual control of the calibration light or spectrometer resolution, etc.
