create maskFiles which include all four spectrographs

      Description

      When roaching, for the fiberIdentification, psf modeling dataset... etc we use maskFiles located in /data/fps/maskFiles
      Those were designed to only move SM1 and SM3, but now we need new one which will move all four spectrographs.
