update SM1 RExM firmware

      Description

      After SM1 was installed at Subaru, RExM firmware was upgraded and the limit switch was modified accordingly. Recently to modify SM1 RExM, the limit switch was modified by fmadec (see Bugzilla 768). Newer firmware (i.e., the same version as the other SMs) needs to be installed to SM1.
