Allocate one DCB PDU port to light source for Cable B

Since all the cable B have been installed, we will illuminate Cobra from Gang connector in SCR. To turn on and off the light, we will use an empty port of PDU which is used for DCB. (Since PDU is on PFS-LAN, control will be easier hopefully.)
