Fix MAC addresses at Subaru

Dynamic leases at Subaru are very short in order to simplify management of new hardware. That means that known hosts should be correctly assigned. The registered SM1 network switch MAC address is wrong – fix that. [ it would be nice if some of the laptop addresses could be registered at the same time. ]
