temps program sometimes starts too early

      Description

      The latest ics_xcu_smb sometimes fails to start on boot, failing to get the correct hostname. Starting it by hand immediately after works fine. I'm guessing that the cron @reboot call happens before the network stack is stable – this plagues us in other places. Anyhow, figure something out.
