Add measured flux to agc_data table

The measured flux should be stored in opDB to track transparency. (Note: Jennifer has been comparing measured flux (output from sextractor) with gaia magnitude (INSTRM-1892, plots will be uploaded) and showed linear trend but scattering looks large because of transparency.)
