Update the firmware of flow board in the new E-box

As reported to PFI mailing list (PFI: 2863), Chi-Hung updated the firmware for flow board (S1) to make the valve operation consistent with the old E-box (and required), and to clarify the version. The firmware of the new E-box  at the summit needs to be updated.
