Add a few FITS header to pfsConfig file

      Description

      To archive the pfsConfig, the following cards needs to be populated in primary HDU:

      Mandatory

      • FRAMEID :  frame id you fetched and are archiving under
      • INSTRUME : "PFS"
      • PROP-ID : FITS.PFS.PROP-ID
      • DATE-OBS : FITS.SBR.DATE-OBS
      • OBSERVER : FITS.PFS.OBSERVER
      • TELESCOP : FITS.SBR.TELESCOP

       Nice to have

      • DATASUM
      • CHECKSUM
      • UT : FITS.SBR.UT
