Configuring actor.interface in etc as hostname, actor sends 127.0.1.1:9999 to tron

if we configure etc/actor.cfg as

[actor]
interface = (hostname)

hostname will be resolved as 127.0.1.1 from /etc/hosts, and sends

CmdIn="emp.emp","hub","startNub emp 127.0.1.1:9999"

to tron.
