Set the ring lamp and FF screen logic

I have been waiting for this run to figure a couple of Subaru procedures out:

The FF lamps are almost always kept in a few positions:

And the ring lamps are fully on for us when the measured voltages of all four lamps match the commanded voltages and are > 100V (the lamps are turned on in sequence, and first set to 100V before being adjusted to the final voltage.) The status bits do not seem to change.
