Check/update archiver tables real value precision at LAM

The plot tool at LAM is plotting temperatures with the resolution truncated to 1mK. If I remember right, this is a postgresql < 12 quirk which can be changed with something like

alter system set extra_float_digits TO 3;
select pg_reload_conf();

But I thought we did that there already?
