Inconsistency flowmeter/temperature readouts between new and old E-Box

On the June 23, we replaced old E-Box with new one. The new E-Box has a built-in PICO-ITX computer served as the AG camera controller. However, we encountered two problems when reading the values from temperature sensors and the flowmeter.

1. We lost the signals from 7 channels out of 21, among two devices.
2. Also, the flow rate reading remains 0 even we see the wheel is rotating.

The PFI devices remain the same. The only difference is E-Box configuration.
