Use the iic.pfsVisit keyword to identify AG frames

IIC will be generating a pfsVisit keyword whenever the SPS visit changes – once when declareCurrentPfsDesign is called and before it issues a new SPS exposure.

The ag and agcc actors can use this to link ag exposures with SPS exposures.
