      Description

Neven used both theta and phi crossing to determine the dot location. That means we are able to placing cobras to correct locations for dot-crossing. The next step is to think about how many crossing tracks we need to determine the location. Theoretically, we can determine a circle with three points, two crossing give us four contact points. We should think about the optimal number of crossing.
