Taking seeing data with dome opened and FF illuminated

      Description

      On the last ICS/MCS meeting, it is suggested the compare two FF transformation methods, frame-by-frame and first-frame-only. However, after looking at the Sep run data, we did not have seeing data with FF illuminated and dome opened. Therefore, we did not have enough data to address ticket INSTRM-1490 with seeing data.

      We should take seeing data with FF illuminated and dome opened to check those two methods.
