Fields moves on the PFI coordinates as time goes.

In the Nov. run, it was found that the predicted position of the same stars moved on PFI coordinates, even PA was fixed. It seemed that the position rotated w.r.t the time. I found that the rotation direction of the coordinates is inversed for transformation b/w the telescope and PFI.
