Update mcs-pfi transformation following MCS run in 2019

      Description

      Because optics model was wrong for the current version, the transformation code needs to be updated to ones we used for MCS run in 2019. 

      Since we don't have the correct optics model available so far with field element, I start with one without the field element. The difference between the two are scale, so FF should catch the difference.
