maintain connection with bia-shutter board during long exposure

      Description

      During long exposure, I wasn't interacting with biasha board at all.
      We noticed it because thanks to INSTRM-1226 we add timeout alert.
      Just get and report simple shutter status every minute.
      We don't want a failed exposure because of a lost tcp packet, so don't be too picky..
