Get n1 and n8 lab metrology into headers

n1 and n8 both have fancy LED illuminators, and n1 has a gimbal for the illuminator Meade. We need to get those values into the respective headers. It might be worth creating a micro actor, which would give us the automatic actorkeys-to-FITS machinery.
