duplicate lamp-timed exposures are mis-sequenced

sps.TimedArc and .TimedFlat append the dcb prepare commands to the sequence .head list, but the .expose() method appends to the regular sequence list. So all the dcb prepare commands happen before any of the exposures, and later exposures have no prepared lamps.

Obviously, add dcb prepare commands to the main command sequence.
