agccActor saves FITS image of AG cameras

      Description

      agccActor is supposed to save AG FITS images when we process field acquisition, focusing, guiding (and so on).

      There are two types of images under discussion; PFSD???????? file (DAMD-2 , DAMD-82) and images to display on Subaru Gen2/TWS (DAMD-29). In either case, the actor should save FITS images with a proper header send the file path to MHS.
