      Provide a document that describes how to install, test and start using Stella. It should be checked in to a git repository.

      Detailed formatting is not important for this purpose: it should be clear, but whether it's plain text, Doxygen, reStructuredText, LaTeX or something else is immaterial at this stage. Focus on content.
