Set up Jupyter environment at IPMU to access DRP products

      Description

      When we start data processing at IPMU, we need a Jupyter environment to access the processed products so that DRP-2D team can debug any problems. Currently, the processing test is running in a deeply internal server at IPMU and simply running jupyter server there probably does not work for access from outside. So consider a good way to deal with this purpose.
