Rename the drp_ga1d repository to drp_ga1d_abund

The GA1D pipeline will measure (1) RVs and (2) abundances, in that sequence.  The abundance pipeline has already been written, but it is called drp_ga1d in Github.  I recommend changing it to drp_ga1d_abund so that we may also have drp_ga1d_rv.
