Make pfspipe web pages consistent with the current projects

pfspipe web "about" page is now getting out-of-date because a few project has made for the science database, and 1D-DRP. The page should be updated.

In addition, recently the convention for naming Github repository has changed based on the current situation. The page listing repositories therefore should be updated accordingly.
