bshActor, rexmActor, hxpActor ics github repositories are no longer required

6 month ago, I was planning to split the enuActor into smaller actors, to simplify some engineering aspects.
But at the end, I found a satisfying solution which allow me to keep a unique enuActor.

That's why, Some ics github repositories are no longer required:

• ics_bshActor
• ics_rexmActor
• ics_hxpActor
