      Description

      Gurobi is a prerequisite to running the fiber allocation software. specifically the netflow method. 

      The target computing infrastructure should be identified and the availability of gurobi at all those instances secured. 

      Gurobi is a commercial product with a free academic license. Licenses must be obtained and installed on all systems 

      that will run ets_fiberalloc.
