Describe LSF product

The line-spread function (LSF) is an important product of the 2D pipeline. We therefore need a corresponding description in the datamodel document. This will refer to the current placeholder implementation (pickle of a drp_stella class) until we are satisfied that this works and agree on a proper datamodel representation.
