Add a file to store the results from the line identification / wavelength calibration

We would like to store the results from the line identification and wavelength calibration, which lines got rejected and why, what are there predicted and measured positions in pixel and wavelength space,... Please also provide functions to create plots which overlay a spectrum with all lines and with only the good lines
