Migrate and flesh out slit definitions from simulator

      Description

      The simulator has a slit definition class which should be moved over. Since it only cared about the indexing of the science fibers it should also be fleshed out with accessors for other purposes.

      This is not strictly speaking a datamodel file, but an encoding of structure.
